a complete guide to trekking in Nepal

The trekking routes on the Trek!Nepal CD

This section is easily the largest part of the CD. Fourteen treks are described in daily detail, each day offering insight into practical issues - such as 'can ten of us camp there?' - as well as broader issues, such as the plants, people and animals which may be encountered. Each day is graded for its toughness, its altitude, its camping facilities and the like, and the description is copiously illustrated with large, original images.

An example of one such day is available here.
We describe are over 200 days in such detail.

Some treks are wild and difficult, whilst others are restricted to populated areas. All can be mixed-and-matched (where geography allows) and we have built in links to facilitate this. Treks can also be selected from an interactive map, which allows you to set them against an environmental, ethnic or topographical map of Nepal.
